Removable Prosthetics

The prosthesis is a removable false tooth, which is provided if the gap is too big and implants
cannot be used or are unwanted. They are also used for free-end gaps with no adjoining teeth.
This is where there is no option for attaching a bridge.

In addition, prostheses often have to be used during the transition period following implantation when a healing phase is needed and the implants are still unable to withstand normal loading and pressure. Prostheses are attached with clips or other fixing elements to the other teeth and are made either of pure plastic or a more stable and permanent variant which has an additional metal frame.
