Most discolouration can be brightened using a suitable bleaching process. Normally teeth are treated by external bleaching. Certain discolouration of root-treated teeth on the other hand can only be treated by internal bleaching.
In our dental practice we work with the Zoom Advanced Power Bleaching Method.
As home bleaching takes a few weeks to be effective and some patients found this to be extremely laborious we decided to introduce an additional Zoom System technique, a particularly effective and protective method of bleaching teeth, which delivers an excellent and lasting result in only 120 minutes of treatment time. The method is clinically tested and proven to be harmless. There is a possibility of temporary increased sensitivity of the teeth.
Ideally the bleaching effect should last for 3 – 5 years. Thereafter the bleaching treatment can be repeated without any problem.
